Offering very spacious rooms
in a quiet village location, Hairy Pig B&B is situated on the
edge of the under-explored Southern Broads. The
National Cycle route No 1
comes past our door and the lovely
village of Loddon, South
Norfolk's gateway to the Broads is just 2 miles away.
If you enjoy walking you can
get onto the
Wherryman's Way footpath from Langley Dyke which
passes the newly restored
Hardley Mill.
The accommodation is in a
converted Victorian cow shed, on what was once a tenanted farm on the
Langley estate. The cows moved out sometime in the 1960's.
We moved into the village in 2006 and decided to do something useful
with the building as it was starting to fall into disrepair.
The conversion was completed early
in 2010 and we are now welcoming guests from far and wide.
Why Hairy Pig?
We keep Kune Kune pigs, which are
hairy! They live in the next door field and are always keen
to make new friends.
